Sheridan is an Vice President here at Sileo. She was born in Murfreesboro TN, raised in a small town in Colorado, took a risk and moved her life to Fort Worth in 2021. She used to be a preschool teacher and server before she found this opportunity that Sileo gave her of growth, success and positivity. She now is learning how to run a business as well as developing herself and others. -
Julian Vasquez
Julian was born and raised in Arlington, TX. He started his working career as a server at PF Chang’s where he spent the following four years learning various positions within the company. Through hard work, he ended up becoming the Catering Sales Manager and oversaw Texas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Later he came across the opportunity to learn about marketing and business development. After 3 years of attending seminars, training classes, and receiving hands-on experience Julian decided to open up his own company Sileo. At Sileo, our goal is to provide an environment of growth for both our team and our clients. We continuously strive to become better and give our team members more opportunities to take on leadership roles and grow within the company. All while making sure the needs of our clients are met. We’re just looking to give opportunities to our people just like they were given to our CEO. -
Jeremiah Coleman
Jeremiah Coleman is a Dallas, Texas native who transitioned from a successful career in professional basketball to the life insurance industry. Now at Sileo, Jeremiah is driven by the opportunity to succeed in an environment that genuinely supports both his career and personal development. He chose Sileo for its commitment to fostering growth, not just professionally but as a whole person. Jeremiah's journey reflects his dedication to excellence and his belief in the power of a supportive, growth-oriented community. -
Mez Nwanju
Mezi Nwanju is from Fort Worth, Texas. Mezi joined Sileo because of its core values and the resources that were at his disposal to help him better himself as an individual and an overall entrepreneur. Starting at Sileo he found himself in a position of self-reflection regarding the aspects of the business that he lacked. By self-reflecting it helped him use those weaknesses as a way to build himself up and self-improve. With this understanding, Mezi was able to help others who used to be in the same position as him and build an amazing team of those who share the same ambitions. -
Shikari Hairston
Shikari Hairston is from Flint, MI. Her hobbies are shopping, trying out new restaurants, and traveling. Back home she ran her own business. She owned a boutique shop providing clothing, accessories, and hair extensions for women. The shop did well, but it just wasnu2019t enough for her. She wanted more! She moved to Dallas to seek more opportunities, which landed her here at Sileo. Sileo aligned with her previous role so well. Not only did she get more intake on entrepreneurship, but she also gained self-development, career growth, and leadership. Sheu2019s now in a position where she can help others achieve their goals and help take their previous skills to another level.
